With over 15 years of experience in dentistry, Lauren graduated with honours from the University of Essex as a Dental Hygiene Therapist. Having started her career as a dental nurse, she has been practising as a dental hygienist since 2015, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to her patient care.

With a particular interest in periodontal health, she has extensive experience in treating and managing gum disease, having spent many years working alongside specialist periodontists earlier in her career. She also has a passion for the cosmetic side of dentistry, regularly incorporating air polishing into her treatments to help remove staining, disrupt biofilm and leave patients with a fresh, clean smile. She has also undertaken additional training in facial aesthetics and all aspects of teeth whitening.

Known for her friendly, relaxed and gentle approach, she is particularly popular with nervous patients and those who may feel anxious about dental visits. Her aim is to make every appointment a positive experience, helping patients feel comfortable, confident and never judged, while supporting them in achieving and maintaining excellent oral health.
