What happens before a dermal filler procedure?
Before you get dermal fillers, you’ll have a consultation. Here we will discuss your goals and what areas you would like to enhance. We will also take pictures and discuss your suitability for fillers. This includes taking a detailed medical history, and a full examination of your face.
What happens during a dermal filler procedure?
We will clean the skin and apply a local anaesthetic cream to numb the area so the treatment is comfortable . We will then use a very thin needle to inject small amounts of filler under the skin.
How long will the procedure take?
This can vary depending on the area and amount of filler used, but usually Between 15-30 minutes.
What areas of the face can I get dermal fillers?
Most areas of the face can be treated with dermal fillers.
However most common areas performed are the lips, nose, nose to mouth lines, cheeks, and facial contouring including the jaw and chin.
What happens after a dermal filler procedure?
After receiving dermal filler injections, we will cleanse your skin.
You may have bruises, swelling or discomfort after getting the injections. Usually, these side effects are mild and go away in a few days.
When will I see results?
Many people see results right away but everyone’s results are different.
Immediately after the procedure swelling can occur, which is normal, once this initial swelling subsides the results will become apparent.
Is there any follow up?

How long do results last?
