I would highly recommend Bromley Park Dental to anyone. Someone who suffers from anxiety was made to feel really welcome and instantly put at ease by Eimear Neilan at the practice. An outstanding welcoming Dental PracticeWhat what can I say - Bromley Park Dental, in my eyes, is a one off Dentist in our area. I have for some months now become really anxious about visiting the... dentist, but not any more. My regular Dentist Dr Eimear Neilan, is the best, she really puts you at ease and never rushes you explaining everything as she goes along. I feel like I have known her for ages a really smiley and happy and nurturing gentle dentist. I have also had the pleasure (well if you would call it that as he extracted my tooth) of having Dr Veeren Gupta and his lovely assistant Lizzie when I had my tooth out. I was very anxious and they completely put me at ease instantly explaining everything step by step and nothing was a problem, and before I knew it my tooth was out and I didn’t even feel it. They are the best! I also have Pauline Christy as my hygienist and again she is a one off. Again she is gentle and nurturing and allows me time to have a break if it gets too much. I would also like to mention the lovely Molly on reception. I called to say I would be a few minutes late and she said if she wasn’t busy she would have laid in one of the parking spaces for me until I got there 😂. They are all extremely professional and welcoming and friendly. I was very anxious about having a tooth extraction it being 60 years or so since the last time. Eimear was kindness itself, took a lot of time to ensure I was fully numbed and talked me through... everything. Always clean and tidy with an undercurrent of quiet efficiency this surgery is excellent.Long gone are the days of over eager receptionists acting as gate keepers. I left a message on the Bromley Park Dental and Implant Centre answerphone at 8am this morning asking for an emergency appointment for a painful tooth. I had been called back by 8.20am and been given... an appointment for later in the morning. The receptionist on the phone who arranged this was polite, friendly and helpful. When I arrived for my appointment with Victor Chan I was seen on time. I was able to explain my issue and I felt listened to. I was given a diagnosis and all my options were explained clearly. What are the general dentistry treatments in Bromley?

Here are some of the more common general dentistry treatments that we offer patients from Beckenham, Bromley, Chislehurst and throughout Kent:

Regular dental check-up

Our most common general dentistry service is for a routine check-up. We recommend that you see your dentist every 6 to 12 months and every 6 months for children. We check the health of your teeth and gums and discuss any concerns that you might have.

Hygienist

Our professional hygienists focus on keeping your teeth and gums clean and healthy. Hygienists aim to prevent the build-up of plaque on teeth which can lead to gum disease and tooth decay. You should visit your hygienist every 6 to 12 months.

Fillings

If your tooth has been damaged by decay or has a cavity, it will need to be fixed using a filling. We offer traditional amalgam fillings or the more popular white fillings which blend in with your natural colour teeth.

Dental crown

If your tooth is broken or if it is weak from decay or damage, a crown can be used to protect the tooth from further damage. A crown is a cap which sits over the top of the tooth.

Dental extractions

If your tooth has become decayed or badly damaged, it may need to be removed to prevent you suffering any pain and to protect the health of your other teeth. Our dentist will firstly give you a local anaesthetic so that the affected area is numb. Your tooth will then be carefully removed. 

X-rays

Dental x-rays are carried out to give us more information about your teeth and gums. We may take x-rays if we have concerns about your oral health. We may also take x-rays before certain planned treatment such as dental implants or orthodontic treatment.

If you suffer a dental emergency, we offer emergency dental appointments so that you might receive fast and effective treatment to relieve any pain and discomfort.
